With winters being pretty chilly here in Cleveland, I wear a lot of scarves. I have been really into neck cowls lately...they add some color to my outfits and keep me warm. This upcycled neck warmer from Pia Barile is pretty cool...made from lots of different colored pieces and scraps of wool. I could wear it with just about anything! Only $25!
