An Ode to Teeth

Elle, my 7 year old, has been anxiously awaiting the loss of her first tooth. And, this morning, she was so excited to show me that one of her teeth is loose! It is amazing how such little things can bring such joy! Today's post is an ode to all things teeth!

Once I had a wobbly tooth

That wobbled to and fro,

Every time I ate my toast

I thought the tooth would go.

But then I ate a candy,

A sticky toffee roll,

Now where my wobbly tooth was

There's nothing but a hole!

Valentines is just around the corner and I encourage everyone to think outside of the box this year (let's skip the candy and flowers this year...).
